1. About Popular
Popular: Social Status is an entertainment application that lets you create simulated notifications and phone activity for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes. Popular does not send real messages, calls, or notifications to other people.
2. Eligibility and parental guidance
You must be old enough to use apps in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Popular only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing the app with minors.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Popular to defraud, harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or harm another person; to create evidence of events that did not happen; or to violate any law, school policy, workplace policy, or third-party rights. You are responsible for anything you create or share using the app.
4. Simulated content
All notifications, conversations, calls, usernames, and other activity created in Popular are simulations. They are not communications from Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Messages, phone carriers, or any other service. Popular is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
5. Intellectual property
Popular and its software, branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Popular is provided for entertainment purposes on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the app. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
